The School-Based Therapist role is onsite serving the RayPec School District in Raymore, MO, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule. Pay is $36.29–$39.29 per hour. Compass Health Network provides mental health services in school settings to improve access for students and families. The therapist provides individual, family, and/or group therapy, completes assessments and treatment plans, and coordinates care with school staff, families, and Compass providers. The role supports early intervention, student safety, and coordinated care within the school community.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
• complete initial evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment plans
• coordinate care with school staff, families, and Compass providers
• maintain timely clinical documentation
• participate in school meetings and advocate for student needs
• consult with school personnel
• support crisis intervention and safety planning
• and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
