What you'll do

• Calculate and process retirement, survivor, and account adjustment benefits
• review member data, financial transactions, and reporting
• apply ASRS statutes and IRS regulations
• research and resolve account discrepancies
• communicate with employers to verify documentation
• use internal systems to retrieve data and process payments
• maintain accurate records while managing deadline-sensitive work.
