Companion Caregiver

The Companion Caregiver role is an onsite position based in Medford, OR. Compensation is $19–$22/hr. This role supports the Right at Home Southern Oregon team in providing in-home care for seniors and vulnerable adults. The role exists to enable clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. It contributes to the company's mission of providing connection, dignity, and comfort to those in need.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Build meaningful relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support.
