What you'll do

• Oversee operational performance and access across health centers
• monitor patient access, provider productivity, visit volume, and workflows
• hire, onboard, manage, and develop Health Center Managers
• conduct performance reviews and support succession planning
• monitor revenue, expenses, budgets, and revenue cycle performance
• ensure regulatory and clinical quality compliance
• analyze patient satisfaction and guide service recovery
• support growth initiatives and community partnerships
• travel regularly between health center locations.
