What you'll do

• Meet monthly sales-volume and gross-profit forecasts
• organize new and used sales activities
• hire, develop, and support sales staff
• maintain vehicle inventory and days’ supply
• communicate inventory, advertising, rebates, and incentives
• appraise incoming used vehicles
• forecast sales and expenses with the General Manager
• assist sales associates and coordinate with Financial Services.
