Donated Goods Manager

What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff
• enforce company policies and hold team members accountable
• oversee store operational processes and workflow across departments
• review sales, payroll, and operating expenses
• enforce safety protocols and help minimize theft and shoplifting
• communicate operational issues and recommendations to store and district managers
• collaborate on corrective action plans and improvements.
