What you'll do

• Set up, execute, and document test configurations for components and equipment
• develop and refine test procedures and protocols
• build, maintain, and operate prototype and production equipment
• support installation, startup, debugging, and validation of new products and equipment
• collaborate with suppliers and operations
• maintain test results, SOPs, and component specifications
• provide training and onboarding support
• manage equipment and component inventory and procurement
• support process development and qualification.
