The Phlebotomist / Processor — Clinical Laboratory role is onsite in Entiat, WA. Compensation is $19–$23.70 per hour. The position supports Interpath Laboratory, an independent clinical and anatomic pathology laboratory serving communities across several states. The role collects and processes specimens, verifies patient and specimen information, and prepares samples for testing or referral. Accurate handling, documentation, and adherence to safety and privacy requirements support reliable laboratory operations and compassionate patient care.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service, answer phones, and monitor instrumentation alarms
• perform venipuncture and obtain other specimen types as required
• prepare samples for laboratory testing and screening
• verify specimen information and enter data
• receive, process, and package referral-lab samples while maintaining specimen integrity
• follow safety protocols, HIPAA policies, and Medicare rules
• participate in quality assurance
• cover shifts at different sites as needed
• maintain reliable attendance.

Why this role
