• Identify and pursue public and private civil construction opportunities
• build relationships with municipalities, engineers, developers, and general contractors
• track bid opportunities and CRM records
• attend pre-bid meetings
• coordinate with estimating and operations
• support proposal development
• represent the company at industry events and client presentations.
