What you'll do

• Develop and implement age-appropriate weekly lesson plans and activities
• plan after-school, summer camp, and school-holiday programming
• provide homework assistance and opportunities for independent learning
• maintain a safe, inclusive classroom and structured routines
• supervise children and follow NC DCDEE regulations and staff-to-child ratios
• maintain attendance and classroom records
• support children’s developmental needs
• communicate with parents and guardians
• participate in staff meetings, training, and quality improvement
• maintain required certifications and training.
