Bakery Manager

What you'll do

• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members
• oversee bakery opening and closing, cash balancing, and bank deposits
• manage special orders and deliveries
• set sales goals, production plans, and schedules
• manage inventory and supply orders
• uphold product, service, food safety, and visual merchandising standards
• manage controllable expenses and reporting
• lead community outreach and coordinate local event participation.
