What you'll do

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight to regional managers

• review safety audits and corrective actions
• ensure consistent quality and service delivery
• oversee workforce planning and operational audits
• manage assigned P&L, budgets, and forecasts
• build customer relationships
• coach and evaluate managers
• collaborate with safety, training, HR, procurement, scheduling, payroll, and finance.
