• Design circuits and PCBs for drivers, control systems, and power electronics
• build PCB layouts
• develop prototypes and proof-of-concept designs
• create and document hardware validation plans
• support UL certification
• investigate field issues and root causes
• design production test fixtures
• manage assigned projects
• maintain BOM accuracy
• validate parts and assemblies
• qualify component alternatives
• support SMT/PCBA processes and first-run builds
• establish electrical test methods
• provide technical guidance to sales and support.
