What you'll do

• Prepare and submit maintenance proposals covering framing, concrete, drywall, tile, flooring, and demolition
• review blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine material and labor requirements
• obtain pricing from internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors
• update estimating software and databases
• incorporate industry trends, materials, and practices into estimates
• perform assigned clerical duties.
