Cheer Program Supervisor

The part-time Cheer Program Supervisor role is onsite in American Fork, UT, with pay of $13–$15 per hour. Practices are Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 5–8 p.m. The role supports American Fork City’s mission to provide excellent service and foster a high quality of life for residents, visitors, and businesses. The supervisor leads age-appropriate cheer, dance, and tumbling instruction for athletes ages 8–15, helping them develop skills, confidence, and performance readiness. The role also supports safe, organized practices and communication with families and recreation staff.

What you'll do

• Lead cheer, dance, and tumbling instruction
• teach motions, jumps, flexibility, strength, and performance skills
• safely spot athletes and support tumbling progressions
• set individual and team skill goals, track participation, and prepare for performances
• maintain an organized practice space and follow safety procedures
• communicate with parents, athletes, and recreation staff
• assist with recruiting and program growth.
