What you'll do

• Support leave administration and FMLA tracking
• maintain confidential files and records
• assist with benefits enrollment and updates
• support employee engagement programs and events
• prepare attendance, headcount, and benefits reports
• process invoices
• assist with compliance documentation and audits
• coordinate interviews and onboarding
• maintain HRIS information
• respond to payroll and benefits inquiries.
