The Agentic-First Software Engineer role is onsite in Miami, FL. Compensation is $150,000–$265,000 per year. Jiffy is an e-commerce company building an AI-native engineering organization in which coding agents produce, test, review, and deploy software under human direction. The engineer orchestrates multiple AI coding agents to deliver end-to-end features across the e-commerce platform, while making architectural decisions and critically reviewing generated code. The role also improves internal AI tooling and production practices, helping the engineering organization ship reliable software and increase throughput.

What you'll do

• Orchestrate AI coding agents across concurrent work streams
• translate product intent into specifications and agent-executable plans
• review code, run QA, land pull requests, and verify production health
• design scalable systems across the e-commerce stack
• improve AI-generated code quality and security
• build internal AI tooling, prompts, integrations, and evaluation harnesses
• monitor deployments and respond to incidents
• partner with product, design, operations, and engineering teams
• mentor engineers on AI-native workflows.
