What you'll do

• Analyze craft and technical staffing needs with operations and project leaders
• prepare and implement project recruitment programs
• assist with short- and long-term craft planning
• review applications, interview candidates, and verify qualifications
• coordinate with craft recruiting and operations
• coordinate equipment shipments
• assist with equipment lists
• review freight and repair invoices
• aid in hiring and weld testing.
