What you'll do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
• develop treatment plans in person and via telehealth
• provide medication management and brief supportive psychotherapy as needed
• monitor progress and adjust treatment
• coordinate care with healthcare team members
• maintain timely and accurate electronic medical records
• participate in team meetings, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
• follow clinical policies and regulatory standards.
