What you'll do

• Identify and develop commercial cleaning opportunities
• prospect through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other approved methods
• research customers and decision-makers
• schedule prospect meetings and property walkthroughs
• understand cleaning needs and coordinate proposals
• prepare and present proposals and quotations
• follow up through the sales process
• maintain the sales pipeline and records
• coordinate sales through contract execution
• assist with onboarding and transition of new accounts
• support customer communications, supplies, scheduling, and account records.
