The Line Cook role is onsite in Gainesville, FL, and pays $16.25 per hour. The cook prepares food consistently in a fast-paced airport dining operation, supporting quality guest experiences through recipe execution, food safety, kitchen organization, and reliable service. Both AM and PM shifts are available: 4:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. (or the last available departure flight).

What you'll do

• Prepare recipes and plate dishes to established standards
• follow food-safety procedures and proper storage and preparation temperatures
• perform short-order cooking in a high-volume environment
• operate the fryer and flat-top grill
• prep and portion ingredients
• maintain a clean, organized kitchen
• follow health and safety guidelines
• restock products and inventory
• interact with guests professionally. Requirements include passing a background check for an airport badge and having reliable transportation.
