Facilities Coordinator

What you'll do

• Coordinate contractors supporting fire monitoring, elevators, landscaping, HVAC, janitorial services, plumbing, UPS systems, and emergency generators
• maintain contractor records, service agreements, contracts, and preventive maintenance schedules
• provide first-stage coding and approval of facilities invoices
• administer equipment service contracts
• maintain floor plans and space layouts using CAD
• coordinate office moves
• handle landlord communications and repair requests
• complete basic work orders and general maintenance
• support emergency response efforts, which may include training, short-term travel, and temporary backfill.
