What you'll do

• Manage MEP design projects for new buildings, renovations, and additions
• oversee quality and on-time delivery
• coordinate schedules and communications with clients and stakeholders
• monitor project performance against quality and budget expectations
• coordinate designs with outside consultants
• direct and review internal design teams
• support contract negotiations, proposals, forecasting, invoicing, and additional services
• travel up to 15% as needed.
