What you'll do

• Ensure services address individuals’ needs as described in Individual Support Plans
• maintain a safe and encouraging environment
• protect individual rights and dignity
• demonstrate and train supportive interactions
• complete required documentation
• safeguard individual funds
• hire, train, coach, evaluate, and mentor team members
• approve timecards
• accompany individuals to community activities
• implement behavior plans when needed
• provide on-call emergency support and help fill shifts
• maintain facilities and vehicles
• complete required training.
