Lead Generator Installer, Branch Lead

This installer-first leadership role leads crews through generator installations from setup to startup while maintaining quality, safety, and code standards. It also takes on growing branch coordination responsibilities, helping prepare jobs, coordinate inspections, manage inventory, and support the branch’s development.

What you'll do

• Lead installation crews on residential standby generator projects
• complete installations of varying difficulty
• direct, train, and coach technicians and helpers
• ensure crews are prepared for jobs
• review installation photos
• resolve installation issues and complete callbacks when needed
• communicate with customers and the Head of Installs
• prepare jobs in company software
• schedule inspections
• coordinate electrical disconnects and reconnects
• review upcoming installations
• maintain branch facilities, vehicles, and equipment
• submit inventory orders.
