What you'll do

• Manage and administer the organization under the general supervision of a Regional Vice President
• monitor policies and compliance related to patient care, personnel, medical staff, finances, public relations, and facility maintenance
• review policies and discuss changes
• monitor financial status and accounting, and help prepare the annual budget
• assist residents with admissions and required assessments and information
• monitor compliance with national, state, and local standards
• review workforce competence.
