Summary: The Quality Assistant supports patient care and achievement on metric-driven outcomes through clinical auditing and data entry tasks for accurate reporting. The position involves extensive use of the electronic health record, population analytics tools, data-sharing software platforms, and Excel. Patient engagement and outreach activities will be conducted to close gaps in care. The Quali
