The Server is an onsite role based in Plover, WI, with a base pay of $2.50 per hour plus tips. This position supports the Mikey's Bar & Grill team in their mission to provide great food, quality craft beer, and a welcoming atmosphere. This role exists to provide exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The Server will anticipate guest needs, work professionally with the team, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant through diligent service and side work.
