What you'll do

• Oversee daily lounge operations and guest experience
• ensure guest-facing areas are stocked
• lead and motivate frontline staff
• maintain guest and client relationships
• conduct recruiting, hiring, counseling, and termination functions
• support scheduling, payroll, and training
• coach and develop staff
• ensure training and certifications are completed
• work toward financial targets
• direct up to 30 team members
• uphold health, safety, cleanliness, food safety, TSA, and airport authority requirements
• track maintenance issues and conduct safety audits and inspections.
