Auto Body Supervisor — Vehicle Reconditioning

What you'll do

• Manage safe movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center
• oversee team activities and production goals
• coach, develop, and manage associate performance
• review and approve identified vehicle defects
• partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair or rejection decisions
• train associates on quality control standards
• complete repairs efficiently and maintain a safe work environment.
