What you'll do

• Partner with SLED, higher education, and manufacturing sales teams
• identify customer business, operational, and technology challenges
• conduct technical and business discovery with account executives
• translate requirements into solutions
• build and deliver customized product demonstrations
• explain ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ESM, and AI capabilities
• develop vertical-specific demonstrations and best practices
• share customer feedback cross-functionally
• track industry trends and customer needs.
