• identify inefficiencies, manual effort, and wasted work
• translate findings into actionable improvement opportunities
• build and maintain a strategic execution roadmap focused on process automation and eliminating non-value-added work
• use Power BI, Tableau, Confluence, and Jira to develop more efficient, transparent, and scalable ways of working.
