What you'll do

• Coordinate daily flight schedules and operational logistics
• monitor flights, weather, NOTAMs, and aircraft status
• communicate with crews, maintenance, FBOs, and clients
• arrange catering, airlines, hotels, and ground transportation
• maintain trip documentation
• stock and clean aircraft interiors
• perform other assigned duties.
