What you'll do

• Lead Health Care services and nursing leaders
• oversee staffing, clinical quality, compliance, and performance improvement
• monitor outcomes, incidents, assessments, and care plans
• lead quality initiatives and the Clinical Management Team
• partner with residents, families, physicians, and administration
• support admissions, Medicare eligibility, regulatory compliance, and nursing budgets
• address resident and family concerns.
