What you'll do

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a landscaping crew
• teach skills to team members
• perform and oversee seasonal cleanups
• install mulch, soil, and plants according to landscape plans
• maintain flower beds
• install patios, walkways, sidewalks, retaining walls, landscape lighting, and related features
• interpret designs and specifications
• operate equipment safely
• enforce safety procedures
• communicate with supervisors, clients, and crew
• manage job-site organization, materials, and time.
