Service Manager – Commercial HVAC

The role supports customer satisfaction and profitable growth by improving service workflows, preventive maintenance agreements, and operational efficiency across the department.

What you'll do

• Lead and mentor 8–10 or more commercial HVAC service technicians
• oversee daily operations, dispatch coordination, and scheduling
• monitor productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• support preventive maintenance agreements and service contracts
• assist with estimating, job costing, budgeting, and resource planning
• provide technical guidance
• review service reports, work orders, and invoices
• establish and monitor KPIs
• promote safety and accountability.
