The engineer will collaborate with design, architecture, and product engineering teams to verify complex DRAM circuits and deliver robust, production-ready designs.

• Evaluate full-chip and block-level HBM and DRAM circuit designs
• develop verification plans
• create and maintain verification environments and testbenches
• increase functional coverage
• debug design issues and drive coverage closure
• apply mixed-signal and digital verification techniques
• collaborate with global teams.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Experience

7+ years of experience with mixed-signal and/or digital verification methodologies
