What you'll do

• Provide friendly customer and box office service
• answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls
• sell, reserve, and reschedule tickets
• answer questions about tickets, shows, and policies
• collaborate with other box office representatives
• use and continue learning the Audience View ticketing system
• prepare tickets and door reports for performances
• assist Front of House with customer service
• manage data and reporting in Tessitura as requested
• receive shipments and handle mail
• maintain an orderly workspace
• work some weekends and evenings.
