What you'll do

• Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations, meal preparation, cooking, and plating
• supervise and train kitchen staff
• collaborate on menus incorporating resident preferences and dietary requirements
• monitor inventory, place orders, and rotate stock
• ensure health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• lead the kitchen team when the Executive Chef is absent.

Why this role
