The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role is hybrid, based out of one of Agility Robotics’ Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA offices. Compensation is $118,000–$185,000 per year. The finance team supports Agility Robotics’ growth as it develops commercially deployed humanoid robots for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers. The manager leads budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to support timely organizational decisions. Working with senior management and department leads, the role develops business plans and projections, tracks performance indicators, identifies financial risks, and improves financial processes and tools.

What you'll do

• Build annual departmental and organizational budgets
• prepare financial reporting and budget variance analysis
• lead headcount modeling and quarterly reforecasting
• generate cash forecasts
• identify technology adoption and process improvements
• analyze KPIs, risks, and investment returns
• automate analyses
• reconcile headcount information with People Operations
• support internal controls, external financial reporting, and year-end audits.
