The role strengthens controls, reporting, and scalable processes while partnering with senior leaders to support continued business growth and modernization.

What you'll do

• Lead premium cash receipts, cash application, accounts receivable follow-up, discrepancy resolution, vendor payables, and remittance
• direct disbursement approvals and month-end support
• manage receivables aging and approval controls
• lead and develop a team of 40+
• advance automation, reporting, and technology initiatives
• establish KPIs and reporting
• partner with the COO, Amwins Group Finance, and cross-functional teams.
