What you'll do

• Follow up on new inbound leads within one business day and qualify them
• pursue new business using the Cabinet IQ sales model
• understand design requests and establish initial budgets
• design kitchens based on customer needs
• accurately represent products and services
• maintain customer and prospect records in the CRM
• provide in-home consultations and measurements
• prepare accurate designs and proposals
• follow up on purchasing decisions
• order cabinets and countertops after invoices are paid and provide documentation to operations
• stay current on industry trends and product knowledge.
