What you'll do

• Lead and manage commercial plumbing and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• monitor performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions
• ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
• mentor project engineers, coordinators, and field staff
• report project status, financial performance, and milestones to executive leadership.
