What you'll do

• Oversee daily food and beverage outlet and banquet operations, service quality, cleanliness, and brand-standard compliance.
• Address guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop managers and associates.
• Monitor revenue, labor costs, payroll, expenses, inventory, ordering, and schedules.
• Inspect operational areas and coordinate with hotel leadership and other departments.
