What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Major Gifts team
• manage a portfolio of major-gift prospects and personalized engagement, solicitation, and stewardship plans
• partner with executive leadership, boards, volunteers, donors, and stakeholders
• establish annual major-gift goals
• contribute to organizational strategy and strategic-plan execution
• lead major-gifts and Constellation Society strategies
• track progress toward revenue goals using Salesforce and chapter processes
• represent the organization as an ambassador.
