Account Strategy Director

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate RFP response processes
• oversee proposal development workflows
• develop and maintain comprehensive customer maps
• research and document customer organizational structures
• create and maintain detailed customer profiles
• design and implement targeted break-in strategies
• guide contracts through internal approval processes
• serve as the liaison between Account Executives and internal departments
• conduct active prospecting
• prepare briefing materials for customer interactions.
