What you'll do

• Support the Senior Project Manager and project team
• coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and client representatives
• facilitate communication between Mandarin- and English-speaking team members
• assist with meetings, notes, action items, and follow-up
• maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, correspondence, and records
• track activities, RFIs, submittals, and deliverables
• support field coordination and project updates
• assist with translation or interpretation when necessary
• identify issues requiring project-manager attention.
