Workforce Development Specialist

The Workforce Development Specialist role is onsite in New York, NY, at the Next Step Resource and Recovery Center. Pay is $46,300–$51,300 per year. What you'll do

• Support Peer Training Institute courses and ongoing client-engagement training
• deliver employment-readiness curriculum
• process applications for employment and training initiatives
• coach clients on job planning and searches
• build employer relationships and referral opportunities
• identify job leads
• provide graduate case management and career coaching
• conduct monthly graduate outreach
• document client engagement and staff training.

Why this role
