Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. Collaborates with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise, utilizing appropriate age and population specific standards. Cares for residents in all phases of preventat
