What you'll do

• Develop market opportunities through distributor engagement, trade shows, and end-user interaction
• partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care
• lead, coach, and develop distribution-focused sales resources
• translate channel strategy into direction and accountability
• mentor team members in channel management and value-based selling
• support goal setting, progress reviews, and development planning
• travel approximately 50% across the United States.
